During our 10-night stay, we had a really comfortable time here. The place is situated in a nice quiet area close to the waterfront and marina 🌊.

For the price, the value we got at Gulmarn 201 was exceptional. The room was beautiful, well-decorated, and fully equipped. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront and all its attractions. The staff, especially Nox, were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

What a fantastic experience we had during our Christmas stay at this exclusive oasis on the waterfront! The apartment was beautifully appointed with high-quality furnishings and fittings, making us feel right at home. The location was absolutely perfect, with a short walk along the canal to the vibrant V&A Waterfront, offering excellent restaurants and shopping. The complex itself boasted top-notch security, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. We also loved the beautifully maintained pool and well-equipped gym, adding an extra touch of luxury to our holiday.

While our overall experience was wonderful, there were a few minor drawbacks. The kitchen utensils were a bit limited, with only one fork and one whisky glass available.

Stayed at a large and luxurious apartment in a secure and gated community near the V&A waterfront. the location was perfect for walking to various attractions and activities, such as the Robben Island Tour and catamaran rides. We felt extremely safe with the presence of gates and security officers at multiple entry points. the property management company was exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate us by storing our bags before our late flight. the apartment had all the necessary amenities, a spacious balcony, a comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. a great experience at Gulmarn 201.
